The Salt Ash Inn is located in Calvin Coolidge's hometown: Plymouth, Vermont. The homemade salsa with Salt Ash Inn cilantro has received particularly rave reviews.
There's nothing like fresh oregano to make tomato sauce zippy! We also grow a ton of basil for pesto and tarragon for the corn (add salt, pepper, butter and a dash of vanilla - delicious!) On the flowering side, the stairs leading up from the pool to the deck by the woods are planned to have something blooming throughout the summer. Beyond the deck to the woods is our ever growing perennial wildflower section - you have to see it to believe it! Stroll through the gardens before dinner and you'll see us clipping the evening spices and garnish! |
