Non-discrimination
Gayplaces2stay.com is straight friendly! We are committed to providing an environment that is free from harassment and discrimination of ANY kind. Our anti-harassment and anti-discrimination policies require that clients are treated respectfully regardless of race, color, sex, religion, national origin, age, familial status, sexual orientation, disability or marital status. Being gay, lesbian, bi-sexual, transgender is NOT a requirement to make use of this website.
Gayplaces2stay.com requires owners/managers/agents who list their properties on this website to embrace and adhere to similar anti-discrimination policies and to observe any such policy in effect in their town, city, county, state, province and country.

Purpose
The purpose of gayplaces2stay.com is to provide a unique, technologically up-to-date, on-line venue where gay and lesbian travelers looking for a vacation destination can browse for property listings on a worldwide basis paid for and placed by non-discriminating straight, gay-friendly or gay  property owners.

Accuracy
Owners, property managers and/or agents are solely responsible for keeping their information displayed on  gayplaces2stay.com current and up-to-date, including, but not limited to any and all representations about the property, its amenities, location, and its availability for a specific date or range of dates. Gayplaces2stay.com makes no representation or warranties that any of the copy or availability information published on the website is accurate or up-to-date.

Personal Responsibility
As a potential guest, you are urged to thoroughly investigate all statements made by property in their on-line property listings and/or in verbal or written correspondence.  Gayplaces2stay.com exercises no control nor verification on the accuracy of any information displayed as it is not under the control of gayplaces2stay.com but provided by individual property owners and managers/agents. We also encourage you to check guest reviews on websites such as tripadvisor.com. As always, travel insurance is recommended for your protection.

License and Ownership
Any and all intellectual property rights (Intellectual Property) associated with the gayplaces2rent.com website and its contents (the Content) are the sole property of Gayplaces2stay, Inc., its affiliates or third parties.   The Content is protected by copyright and other laws in both the United States and other countries.  Elements of the website are also protected by trade dress, trade secret, unfair competition, and other laws and may not be copied or imitated in whole or in part. All custom graphics, icons, and other items that appear on the website are trademarks of Gayplaces2stay.com and Gayplaces2stay, Inc., and may not be used or interfered with in any manner without the express written consent of gayplaces2rent.com.   Except as otherwise expressly authorized by these Terms & Conditions, You may not copy, reproduce, modify, lease, loan, sell, create derivative works from, upload, transmit, or distribute the Intellectual Property of the website in any way without gayplaces2stay.coms prior written permission.  Except as expressly provided herein, gayplaces2stay.com does not grant to You any express or implied rights to gayplaces2stay.com's or any third party's Intellectual Property.

Gayplaces2stay.com grants the user a limited, personal, nontransferable, nonsublicensable, revocable license to access and use only the website and its content only in the manner presented by gayplaces2stay.com. Except to the extent required by law or as expressly provided herein, none of the Content and/or Information may be reverse-engineered, modified, reproduced, republished, translated into any language or computer language, re-transmitted in any form or by any means, resold or redistributed without the prior written consent of gayplaces2stay.com.

By listing their property with gayplaces2stay.com, property owners, managers and/or agents also warrant that they own, or have obtained the necessary permission to make use of the images uploaded for the showcasing of their property on gayplaces2rent.com. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless gayplaces2stay.com from any and all claims and suits that may arise from the unauthorized use of images by third parties.

Modifications
Gayplaces2stay.com may revise and update these Terms & Conditions at any time.  Your continued usage of the website after any changes to these Terms & Conditions will mean you accept those changes. Any aspect of the website may be changed, supplemented, deleted, updated or the whole website even terminated without notice at the sole discretion of gayplaces2stay.com.  Gayplaces2stay.com may also change or impose fees for services provided through the website at any time in its sole discretion.

Restrictions on use of the website
In addition to other restrictions set forth in these Terms & Conditions, you agree that:

(a)  You shall not disguise the origin of information transmitted through the website.
(b)  You will not place false or misleading information on the website.
(c)  You will not use or access any service, information, application or software available via the website in a manner not expressly permitted by gayplaces2rent.com.
(d) You will not input or upload to the website any information which contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, interfere with, intercept or expropriate any system, the website or Information or that infringes the Intellectual Property rights of another.
(e) Certain areas of the website are restricted to member customers and users of gayplaces2rent.com.
(f)  You may not use or access the website in any way that, in gayplaces2stay.com's judgment, adversely affects the performance or function of the website or interferes with the ability of authorized parties to access the website.
(g)  You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any portion or aspect of the content or information displayed, without the express written consent of gayplaces2stay.com.

We keep a clean house...so should you
Gayplaces2stay.com reserves the right to edit or delete content uploaded by property owners and managers/agents.  Any content (text, hypertext links to other websites and/or images) considered by gayplaces2stay.com to be offensive or not relevant to a listing will be edited or removed, or in extreme cases, the entire listing removed.  Sorry but listings removed for inappropriate content will not be eligible for a refund.  We insist that property owners/agents/managers refrain from using images containing ANY form of nudity to showcase their property.

Payment
Payment for property listings on gayplaces2stay.com must be made in U.S. Dollars (USD) by means of a valid major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) or a PayPal account.

Refund Policy
There will be no refund of fees, when you, the property owner/agent/manager, sign up with Gayplaces2stay.com. Listings are sold to run for one (1) full calendar year effective from the time of purchase. You are paying to not only have your property listed on our website to a global audience, but you also pay to have your listing page created and your account managed. Same policy applies for listed properties which have been sold and the new owners do not wish to be associated with the GLBT market. Gayplaces2stay.com reserves the right to refuse any listing submitted through its on-line submission process for no reason. Refusals done ONLY on new listings upon review by Gayplaces2stay.com within 24 hours from the recorded time of purchase will be eligible for a refund of paid fees less a $15 administrative fee.

Limitation of Liability
Gayplaces2stay.com makes no guarantee that the operation of the website will be without interruption or error-free. This includes the transmission of email inquiries. In no event shall gayplaces2rent.com be held liable to the listing property owner, manager and/or agent for incidental, consequential or indirect damages, including lost profits.  In the event the operators of gayplaces2stay.com are unable to provide the promised level of service for any reason, including, but not limited to service outages, war, acts of God, or negligence, neither gayplaces2rent.com or it owners can be held liable for any costs beyond the prorated unused fees paid by the client.

Jurisdiction
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the alleged breach thereof, shall be brought before the Courts of record in the State of Florida in Broward County, Florida.  This Agreement and all transactions contemplated by this Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
