CASA AVENTURA VALLARTA We are a gay owned property for men only, located in the hillside community of Alta Vista very close to the Romantic Zone in Old Town Puerto Vallarta just steps to one of the best Restaurants in town " Vista Grill " ;and only ten minutes walk to the beach, gay bars and restaurants and overlooking the Bahia de Banderas. Our Alta Vista home has an open style design and very spacious 3 studios. It is of a modern design with crisp clean lines for a sophisticated living. Aventura Vallarta's main floor is comprised of a modern kitchen, dining room, living room and has a spacious covered patio, extending the living space outdoors giving itself to a constant gentle breeze. Clothing is optional inside the house for all guests For your comfort and everybody living in the house we opened our living room (with flat-screen TV with satellite programming, DVD player and stereo with MP3/I-Pod jack), the dining room with a table that can accommodate up to 6 people all these, opens onto a covered patio with sitting area, a Grill and a patio table beside a small open outdoor garden. The upper level of our home features two studios and a workspace with connection to wireless high-speed internet and a shared PC. Brushed by cool breezes, the rooftop terrace boasts amazing views of the Bay of Bandera's including the Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe and the picturesque rooftops of the town. Cool off in the private swimming pool, soak up the sun, relax on the double-size lounge under the shade arbor, read a book in the hammock, or view a fantastic sunset and the evening fireworks. Aventura Vallarta 1: It's a studio that has a modern open style design with two full size beds, a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with granite counter top, including fridge, cook-top, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, pots/pans and many utensils, as well as, eating counter, small dining area, living room with a sofa that can be converted in a full size bed, satellite TV and DVD player, personal safe and a bathroom with shower and counter-top vessel sink. This apartment has views of beautiful Puerto Vallarta and partial views of Banderas Bay from the sitting area.
