Restrictions:
The above rates & conditions for advertising are restricted for properties that have a current listing with gayplaces2stay.com. We cannot accept advertising from hotel properties that do not have a listing with GP2S. 

Ad placements can NOT have content (images and/or text) that can be construed as distasteful, offensive or controversial. We do not accept ad placements from websites or entities that offer adult content! Gayplaces2stay, Inc. reserves the right to make the final determination on whether an ad or linked website is considered adult content, distasteful, offensive or controversial.

Terms & Conditions:
Ad placements are contracted on first come, first serve basis in monthly increments for up to 12 months at a time. Payments must be made in advance or at the time of the ad placement going “live” on the GP2S website. Refunds are not applicable once an ad placement goes “live” regardless of circumstances. Gayplaces2stay.com reserves the right to make changes and/or updates with respect to the pricing and conditions contained on this page at any time without notice and in a timely manner it deems appropriate.

Non-Hospitality Industry Ad Placements:
Gayplaces2stay.com accepts ad placements from companies, organizations and other entities that are not in the hospitality industry. The same conditions and restrictions apply as stated above. Note: Non-Hospitality ad placements are not permitted on the main page.

Payment Options:
Gayplaces2stay.com accepts the following forms of payment: Cash, Company check, Certified Bank Check or Money Order, bank wire transfers, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal (pending). All rates are listed in US Dollars (USD).
